Ask a new question. Yes hello all so here is my problem. Whenever I play a video on Netflix, it’s okay for about a few minutes. Then all of a sudden, the video and audio is out of sync. Well it starts out as the video starting to move slower and slower like a Godzilla movie or slideshow like picture frames almost. Then it just goes completely out of sync with the audio.

Like the video goes far ahead of what the audio is saying. I’ve tried disabling all audio enhancements, closing all other browsers and applications, shutting down certain process and services, to even as a last resort installing a fresh clean copy of windows. Still nothing helped. I don’t know what else to do. And I’ve tried different browsers as well. Firefox works the best very little out of sync but it’s still there.

So I’m at my wits end. Any suggestions or advice would be really helpful at this point. And if you have any questions please feel free to ask! Thank you again. Was this reply helpful?
