Simple, simple question Bought a 3-computer licensed retail boxed version of True Image from Fry’s back in late November when they were having a sale with a great rebate offer. Decided today to install True Image to clone or backup and recover onto a new SSD hard drive for my laptop whose old-school hard drive seems about ready to fail. However, after going through the CD installation procedure and automatically downloading a more recent version of True Image online , I get to the point of “Enter serial number.
