And I still need to find out if it is something to do with the sighting software that I am using too. I don’t see in addins in word for Perrla. Well since yesterday, the issue has somewhat changed. It is no longer just word. I was working in excel and while trying to calculate some formulas, it crashed my computer.
Same thing has happened with powerpoint. I don’t think it has anything to do with Perrla because neither excel or PP have anything to do with Perrla. It isn’t Perlla. I don’t know what is going on, but I do know we are paying for a service that I can’t use. I am going to be contacting them about getting put back on my computer and not taking no for an answer.
