Hi, Its holiday time and I am trying to create a set of mailing labels. Preview seems to work, it displays the first label and I can step through the names one at a time.
However, when I select create and print, all I get is the first label at the top of the page. The other 29 labels are blank. There are no empty rows or columns in my address list, How do I get it to print all of the labels on the page? You did not state the version of Word you are using.

I’m having a similar issue. I get to the last step finish and merge and select all to get all the addresses on my labels and then a circle appears and never stops spinning.

How satisfied are you with this reply? Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. I’m guessing you’re using the Mail Merge Wizard? It’s a little silly, but the function to populate the remaining labels is actually outside the wizard. Go to the “Mailings” ribbon at the top of your Word session. On that ribbon, there should be a small option called “Update Labels.

In reply to CasualObserver’s post on December 10, Having this same problem in Word , but I can’t try this because the “Update Labels” button stays grayed out at the top no matter what I do. I am also having problems trying to create labels in Word. The “Update Labels” is grayed out. Also When I select labels in the Wizard, when I get to the section to create the address it shows to create “letters” not labels.. Was this issue ever resolved for you, it’s now Dec and I am having the same issue.

I have tried everything you suggested but when I choose to print it only prints one label per page instead of all the labels requested. What do I do now? This site in other languages x.
