Many of these apps are geared toward cataloging books in the English language, but you should still be able to use most of them to catalog books in other languages as well. But one thing to keep in mind is that the ease of cataloging with LibraryThing and other apps will depend on whether the books you want to catalog have ISBN numbers or not.
